How can I do it?

ONe issue is switching AD server, and the other one file share migration.

Hi,

there are many guides online, that can help you with it. Last time I did it, it was something like:
1. Deploy Windows 2012 r2 essentials, in migration mode
2. Move DC roles
3. Deploy new VM and migrate Exchange? --> if you are still using it?
4. SQL --> still using it?
5. Migrate file share to new machine
6. Demote SBS and remove from domain
