Post a tutorial to use COM with some Microsoft program.

I did not find any "good tutorial" but Cal Evans (a smart guy) has written about COM (a long time ago):

The online man pages seem to have been upgraded recently (as have all pages of PHP.net).

Overall, COM is really a fairly extreme edge-case in the world of PHP, and may be better avoided if there are other ways to build an application.  Or to put it another way, "If you like SOAP..."
