Outlook for Mac Draft Folder

Hi,

One of our clients use Outlook for Mac 2011, when trying to view their Drafts folder, it still just shows the Inbox. Other folders such as Deleted Items and Inbox sub-folders works ok.

When Force Quit'ing and re-opening Outlook, you are then able to view the Drafts folder.

This seems to be an intermittent problem. Does anyone have an idea what this may be or seen this problem before?

Thanks,
Jordan.

I'd had all kinds of random issues with Outlook 2011. Is moving to Outlook 2016 an option? Outlook 2016 runs really nice on Macs, unlike the rubbish that is Outlook 2011.
Failing that I'd try rebuilding the Outlook 2011 database, it's a fix for long list of issues, MS has a guide here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2360509

Thanks for your response Steven.

I am not sure if the client is on Office 365 so moving to 2016 I will look into.

Thanks,
Jordan.
