Dell Wyse 3020 Tx0D boots to citrix receiver

Hello, I ordered a Wyse 3020 HDX Zero client but I wanted to be able to RDP into a terminal server.  This boots to Citrix Receiver and has no ability to RDP.  Is there a way to flash this thing instead of returning it so I do have the ability to RDP?

Sorry it's been a couple of years since I worked with Dell Wyse Thin Clients but back then you had to boot into manual setup (hold G during boot?) and change the broker to Citrix.

That didn't work.  We called Dell support and they said we have to order a new device.  Any one know any other work arounds?

This model does not have the ability to be flashed.

Wow that seems very short-sighted on their part!

I'd be looking at alternative suppliers, I'll be honest - what happens if you need to flash for security updates, for example? I mean, yes, I know they're zero devices but they are still an entry point.

Glad you sorted it, even if it was less than satisfactory.
