Looking for a piece of software for my company that can do the following below.
1)Enter inventory and data of client environments
2)monitor hardware on client sites
3)remote support
4)windows patching
5)print reports of warranty, client data etc...

Sorry this is an updated want list from my supervisor.

The tool must do the following
RMM, Monitoring, Management, Alert Notifications, Escalation, Inventory Management, Client Portal and Tickets / Work Orders, QB Integration
