Hi John,

Do you have the access to AD Users & Console ?
you need to check if your AD account got some restriction in it ?

or perhaps in the load balancer or the Firewall, someone put firewall rule to block it on that time ?
Do you mean something like https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/816666this
Essentially maybe your account has logon permit only on specific hours
check the connectivity by pinging at that time after 13:00

telnet to port from remote PC to the server on port 3389

then check

all the best

ASKER

i ping and no response,i scan with nmap before when i was able to connect and i received this:

Host is up (0.011s latency).
Not shown: 999 filtered ports
PORT     STATE SERVICE
3389/tcp open  ms-wbt-server

After 13.00 pm i receive this:

Host is up (0.0034s latency).
Not shown: 998 filtered ports
PORT    STATE SERVICE
80/tcp  open  http
443/tcp open  https
the guy close the port 3389 after 13.00pm?
ask the guy who is responsible for the rdp SERVICES...

may be the connection is scheduled to access the mentioned time only...

all the best
how to find that?its a windows7,is there a comand to disable?
I'm not clear about whether you are connecting from the Internet or LAN. The latency figures hint towards Internet. The scan results do, too - looks like firewall rules change on schedule, switching from RDP to web server access, probably to a different internal target.

thank you...
Your Account may have login hours defined and RDP is too dumb to know
