Clearing the print area does not work.

Highlight all the rows and clear all page breaks. See if that helps.

Try selecting the sheet, make a new sheet in a new Workbook entirely, copy the contents to the new book and save it. Then check the new book.

Tried that already.  This is happening to all my spreadsheets.  I opened others and the printing area is wrong so I went to page break and when I tried to correct and I have the same issue.  All of my spreadsheets seem to be affected.  I am going to try a repair for Excel

That is new information, so consider the following:

1. Uninstall the printer driver, restart and reinstall it. Test.

2. Uninstall Office, restart, and reinstall office. Test.

If no, make a new, test Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Account and test Excel in the new Windows Account.
