Cisco model number

What is the model number ? trying to upgrade but on the cisco site it confusing //// P-L    S-N want to upgrade the IOS too many options :)

The "PID" is the model number.

PID: Product ID (AKA Model Number)
VID: Version ID
SN: Serial Number

Correct Phil , but on the Cisco site the options for download are line 3850 24 -p and another letter ?
