I am looking for forums on this subject , and general troubleshooting tips for this . Is there and unofficial forum?

You want client certificate based single sign on?
Requirements are that you have the client certificates that are then mapped to the user by which means you will be able to set what rights each user has.

Your site must use secure communication channel to force certificate exchange.

You might be better off with the official online product support.  This is a commercial product from Oracle.
