Software/Website standard delivery documentation

What are  the standard documents that should be included in a final delivery of a website to a customer.
If there are AGILE standards please include them.

To be clear, when a website project is completed and delivery to a customer is ready, what delivery documents should be given to the customer.

There should be some agreement on what those things are.  But basically you should be giving them everything to run and operate their web site.  That includes any programming files, HTML display files including any JavaScript and CSS files, and database files.

As an independent developer, I normally do the web site development on their hosting so there is no doubt.  They get everything I have done.

Thank you for the reply, I do have all of the mentioned items, that is standard development procedure of course, I think I confused the issues a bit. What I need is to know specifically " for a web site" what delivery documentation (like  standards, indices, tests, stakeholders, maybe a file listing with directory structure. etc) so.... not the code but a delivery documentation set that describes the delivery.
also as stated in the initial question, information the  AGILE documentation process would be prefered
Never had to do that.  Click on "Request Attention" above to get other to look at your question.
Great article on what kind of documentation is kept, build during, delivered and maintained under an Agile methodology is explained here:
https://www.infoq.com/articles/roadmap-agile-documentation

and a very good description of PM including deliverables by PMI
https://www.pmi.org/learning/library/agile-project-management-pmbok-waterfall-7042

If you were using PRINCE2 methodology you would need to provide the End Project Report and Lessons Learned along with all technical documentation as far as I recall
