How to recover SD card?

Hi Cell phone shows "SD card is blank or has unsupport files" The card might be damaged. is it possible to recover? Thank you

Which phone and SD card model you are using? This is the first time you have inserted the card or it has suddenly started showing this message after use? This message does not necessarily mean card is damaged. If you have a card reader or another phone, use this card in these and see if you can access data.

Photorec is the best recovery tool for SD cards. It isn't very easy to use, though, and very often when SD cards die, they really aren't recoverable.

The first thing you can try is turning your phone off and then on again. Also, try reinserting the SD card, it might not be well locked in its socket, this happens when you drop your phone or shake it a bit too much. Is there a particular reason for receiving that message? What changed?
