Windows Server 2012 R2 (TS) spontaneous closes Explorer Windows

Dear Experts,

I have a really vague issue regarding a User profile on a Terminal Server (Windows Server 2012 R2) fully patched.
1 user complains that on a regular basis his Windows Explorer windows are closed spontanously.
This user is working with 10 other coworkers and is the only one having this problem.

I am using redirected folders to a File Server for, contacts, Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Favorites, Links, Saved Games, Searches.

The rest is created on the TS itself.

The first thing i did was patched the entire server. and removed his profile on the Terminal server using the advanced system settings > Users Profiles. and let the user relogon.

Still the exact same problem.

I dont know where to start.

Any suggestions?

did you try the same user access on other machine ?

to make it sure the issue is not from the local machine of the user?

The customer has only 1 terminal server. is it possible that the explorer screens in the terminal session being closed because of an client issue?

Issue solved by edit the GPO drive mapping to update instead of replace.
