I want to use another office 365 login for microsoft windows 10

will I lose my every file in my documents folder

will I need to re install all my windows programs

No you will not lose your documents. I would back them up to be sure and in case the location changes. But you can change (even uninstall) Office (any version ) without losing anything.

If you are saving your files in OneDrive, you can be logged into more one OneDrive at a time.
settings > account > add an account
You will see a OneDrive icon in the system tray for each of the OneDrives you are using.

can i log on and off using windows login

what will be different on my computer logging in and off


is it like a new user with nothing installed

You can log off / on again. It depends on the state whether it will be seen as a new user
