No, but you can use PowerShell.

Bummer, I prefer how AD's GUI for displaying users.

If it is just the AD portion, I believe you can use RSAT if you integrate O365 with your local AD through Azure, but I believe that must also run from an Azure-hosted client VM (probably meaning Remote Desktop).

The only servers I'm using are MS's O365 servers.

Yep, you'll be limited to the GUI and PowerShell then.
