How can i add alternative names like owa url to certificate?  exchane2013

certificate already created but the URLs for autodicover, owa... are missing

Certificate should have below names.
1. mail.domain.com (common name)
2. autoduiscover.domain.com

You will access your owa by https://mail.domain.com/owa

You can rekey your certificate using this.Examples are there in the same tool below.

first of all you need to make sure the certificate you buy is a SAN or UCC certificate with more than 1 name then you create your CSR with all the names you want following this
