Excel line breaks

I have an excel file which I have multiple lines in setup as:-
=Speed!B6 & "ms " & Speed!C6 & "Mbps " & Speed!D6 & "Mbps" & CHAR(10) &
DriveSpace!B4 & " " & DriveSpace!C4 & " / " & DriveSpace!D4&CHAR(10) &
DriveSpace!B5 & " " & DriveSpace!C5 & " / " & DriveSpace!D5&CHAR(10) &
DriveSpace!B6 & " " & DriveSpace!C6 & " / " & DriveSpace!D6&CHAR(10) &
DriveSpace!B7 & " " & DriveSpace!C7 & " / " & DriveSpace!D7&CHAR(10) &
DriveSpace!B8 & " " & DriveSpace!C8 & " / " & DriveSpace!D8&CHAR(10) &
DriveSpace!B9 & " " & DriveSpace!C9 & " / " & DriveSpace!D9

Which works fine in excel, however when I copy it to another program (in this case Access or notepad) its all on one line.

Any idea how I can have multiple lines in an excel cell, and when I copy it out to notepad its also on multiple lines?
