Disk 0 and Disk 1 as RAID 1 for the data
Disk 2 (512GB SSD HDD) for the Window 7 System

Now my user have intention to adding another 512GB SSD to configure Disk 2 and new SSD as the RAID 1 ,please advice what is the step for the configuration .Thanks

Open Diskmanagement and convert the disk with the OS on it to Dynamic. Then add then new SSD. Then again open diskmanagement and build the mirror.

I'd also suggest to backup the data disk, remove the RAID configuration using the BIOS. After that repeat setting up RAID from your OS as above. This is much more reliable than what the fake-RAID controller provides,it also properly supports trim which is essential for SSD's (only very few very expensive hardware RAID controllers support trim), and it also performs a lot better than most RAID controllers do. After that restore your data.
