why user can't see mapped share folder

he is a new hire and in profile home folder is mapped. Users entire desktop sysns to home folder. Somehow user misses home folder icons whenever reboots or login. OS- Win 6 64 bit

Open cmd.exe on that machine and type NET USE. Remove (delete) any orphan mapped drives.

Run TCP/IP Reset and DNS Flush.

Open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator
Then  netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Also, ipconfig /flushdns followed by net stop dnscache followed by net start dnscache
Then restart the computer and test.

after following all instructions above now I see temporary profile error in the system tray

You might need to delete and re-create the User's Windows Profile (Account). Save any documents first.
