I have VIsual Studio comunity whit xamarin
is all i need for sell my app?
or i need to purchase something?

you will need to create a publisher account and pay the 25$ fee: https://developer.android.com/distribute/googleplay/start.html

You don't need a Mac if you only target Android (which I saw in your question).

If you also want to deploy to IOS, then you will need a Mac and also pay the Apple store fee.

Community is (almost) the same as the pro version. Check the bottom of https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/community/ to see if you satisfy the requirements of the Community edition.

and don't forget that Microsoft is now making more money selling there Azure platform than most of everything else. They will provide you with free tools hoping that you will then use and pay for Azure services
