Please provide me with the instructions on where to go within a Xerox Work Centre 7556's web interface to change the password that is used for scanning to folder.

Are we talking about a folder on the PC/server, or on the printer's hard drive?

Setup for scanning to the hard drive starts on page 120 of the System Administrator Guide.

For scanning to PC/server, see either the FTP (page 126) or the SMB setup (page 127) of the same manual.
