Endpoint security products

We have 200 endpoints including windows laptops, desktops, servers and MACS. We have to decide between Symantec, McAfee and Kaspersky. We want client-servers based with centralized management console. Which one is the best?

I have used both symantec and McAfee and found the latter to be a better solution

Although both have centralised managment, the McAfee admin centre is simpler to use and more effective

Also the patter files of McAfee are a lot smaller

When we were using Symantec, the pattern files were massive which caused a problem with both bandwidth and space on drives

Symantec is still a problem - we just had this implemented and virtually every user is complaining about slowness on their machines.

SE Labs  (UK) rates Kaspersky Internet Security as the best across the board (in all categories). But you will need to compare for yourself.
