I have done repair, reinstalling the office but it is still the same. I will try creating new windows profile and see if that work.

Hi John
Looks like its not the outlook crashing itself. I created new outlook profile and tested for quite some time and the outlook was working fine. Its only when excel is being used same time as the outlook, it would crash.
I couldn't create new windows profile on the machine as the user decided to change his machine due to hardware issue.
So i have setup outlook on it, so we are still due to test it thoroughly. As it is the new machine with new profile, it might not crash.
