HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI

Hi

We need to start the following Component Test on a HP EliteDesk 800 G2:

But if I click F2 during the system start we see this:

Any idea how to run the Component Test from Bios? I have ran the check ones but can’t remember anymore. We have the Bios version 02.15 from 06/02/2016. Please note we can’t start Windows to run any Software. Also any other Test-BootCD is not an option as we have to prove the problem with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.

Many thanks in advance.

@MASQUERAID
Hi, your link is not working.

@nobus
There is a Diagnostic section and if I click it we see this again

@all
Do I need to do a Bios update?
may i ask what your problem is, and why you need a component test?
@nobus
The computer is crashing (Bluescreens) and all dump files point to a hardware problem. So we must send the computer back to HP.

@MASQUERAID
Hi, your link is not working.

Not helpful or not available?

Loads OK here

i would then boot it from a Linux OS - on disk or from CD / usb
that often shows in another way where the problem is

you can also use the UBCD for testing, i believe you have that already?
it is Always wise to run a ram and disk diag first - to be sure about the basics (and these have the highest failure rate)
@MASQUERAID
Now the link is also working for me
