Hi,

take a look at picture. Did you first delete user from autocomplete, and then select from GAL?

Since OWA works, that should mean that your Outlook has this address cached, and that is why you get error. If you try to send from account that has never send him email, it will be ok.

You would have to create X500 address, so that users don't have to remove that address from autocomplete, on every computer.

How to do it can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2807779
OR
https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/sbs/2009/05/21/cannot-reply-to-old-emails-or-modify-old-calendar-items-after-pst-mail-migration/

Regards,
Ivan.
