Hi,

when do you get this error?
When you try to send him email from Outlook, OWA or from outside, using public email like gmail or such?
If you are sending him via Outlook, are you using autocomplete and can you try to send him email by deleting him from autocomplete and selecting him from GAL?

Regards,
Ivan.

The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please check the e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

Hi,

take a look at picture. Did you first delete user from autocomplete, and then select from GAL?

Since OWA works, that should mean that your Outlook has this address cached, and that is why you get error. If you try to send from account that has never send him email, it will be ok.

You would have to create X500 address, so that users don't have to remove that address from autocomplete, on every computer.

How to do it can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2807779

Ivan.
