Looking for "Downloads" on an Android

I chose to download to a file to Downloads on an Android, but do not know how to find it.

Where is the file?

Maybe in the sd card?
There is a lot of choices but first check if the data manager is off , turn it back on and your notification icons  should appear for whatever you recently downloaded.
