Hello,

How can I show the MIN per month in the attached but it is based off of text month and not digits?

Please see attached file.
Thank you

Look at the attached example; I've provided two kinds of answers:
1) if the dates are just re-formatted to display as dates (in row 8)
=MIN(IF(--(DATE(YEAR($B$3:$KV$3),MONTH($B3:$KV$3)+1,0)=EOMONTH(B8,0))*($B$4:$KV$4),($B$4:$KV$4)))

2) if the dates are actually text strings that look like dates (in row 11)
=MIN(IF(--(DATE(YEAR($B$3:$KV$3),MONTH($B$3:$KV6)+1,0)=EOMONTH(DATEVALUE(B11),0))*($B$4:$KV$4),($B$4:$KV$4)))

I've purposely set these areas aside from your original data as they are reporting agents, not a part of your master data and should be segregated.  Again, they are array functions, so use [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[Enter] to enter them.

-Glenn

1) Your example contains no text month; just re-formatted dates
2) Your example doesn't show how/where the minimum rate is to be displayed.

Please clarify.

Just have to practice with it a lot.  Array functions are very powerful (and I've learned a lot from fellow experts here at EE).

Glad I could help.
