How can I show the MIN per month in the attached but it is based off of text month and not digits?

1) Your example contains no text month; just re-formatted dates
2) Your example doesn't show how/where the minimum rate is to be displayed.  

Please clarify.

Look at the attached example; I've provided two kinds of answers:
1) if the dates are just re-formatted to display as dates (in row 8)

2) if the dates are actually text strings that look like dates (in row 11)

I've purposely set these areas aside from your original data as they are reporting agents, not a part of your master data and should be segregated.  Again, they are array functions, so use [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[Enter] to enter them.

Just have to practice with it a lot.  Array functions are very powerful (and I've learned a lot from fellow experts here at EE).
