Website Routing Issue

Hi All,

We've got a website hosted by another company which we have browsed fine however we have moved from BT to Virgin and now occasionaly we can't browse the site although we can from outside of the office. I've ran a tracert when this works and the last hop is "cloudproxy10160.sucuri.net" but when it doesn't work it then doesn't get to this router (i.e it shows the router before that but then not this one. This appears to be an Internet backbone router so i'm not sure what we can do about this if anything ?
Any ideas ?
Thanks

Could be two reason...
1. You will have to ask your office's ISP provider to whitelist Website domain and IP address.
2. Ask Hosting company's webadmin Team to whitelist your ISP provider's public ip address.

From office network, you can see your Public ip address by browsing "www.ipchicken.com" which should be whitelisted from both sides.

Hope that helps. Feel free to share if this doesnt work.
