Hello Experts at my current job through out the day I'm tasked so many things it's hard for me to keep track of everything.  I've been keeping a handwritten log book to try to alleviate this.  is there any other more productive ways to do this?

Use Outlook calendaring synced to your smartphone.

Or just use the calendar on your phone.

You will get reminders of when things are going to happen.

But in the end, this is your job and you are the one who knows it best.  Does your company have a call tracking system?

I found in a previous job, that it was easiest for my users to input tickets and then I would organize my day around those tickets.  It was a great way to track my metrics so that my manager could see the issues I was working in a report which is much better than hand written notes which can't be tracked.

You best bet is Trello. Look for videos on Youtube of how it works, I keep track of many tasks with it, and even supports team. It's simpler than other tools, yet enough powerful for business.
