exchange, windows 10 tablets, ssl certificates

I have windows 10 tablet and users use  mail app to connect to exchange 2007, I recently changed SSL cert on my exchange

after that neither installing root cert or exchange cert  works on windows 10 tablet as users don't receive or send emails when new cert is installed on exchange

I checked the cert is ok . these windows 10 tablets are not domain joined.? any thing I can do

checked through fiddler nothing comes up, all it says there was problem communicating with new cert

only removing and reading the account works but we have 3000 windows tablets cant do on each?

it gives error code : 0x85050025

Trusted certificate?
Sounds like the certificate could be bad - it happens.

Run it through this test site:

when I put my server name it is behind firewall,
does not resolve to an IP address. Please make sure your DNS records are set up correctly.

but the new cert is same as old cert only san name is added in new one no other changes

it is issued by our internal CA

On your own then. I don't do anything with internal or self signed certificates. I certainly wouldn't do a 3000 user implementation using anything but a trusted commercial certificate.
