AVAYA IP Office DHCP Configuration Over a Sonicwal VPN

Hi Experts,

I am implementing a new Avaya VOIP system. The main IP Office is equipment are in the main office. I have some remote locations that are configure with Site to Site VPN connection back to the main office.

I am using a Sonicwall firewall at the remote location for VPN Access. I have five uses that need to get access to VOIP phone system over the Sonicwall VPN connection.

I have configured a Windows DHCP server in the main office to assign IP addressees and the proper Voice VLAN to the IP Phones and this is working as design.

How do I configure DHCP at the remote site on the Sonicwall Firewall? and how to configure the phone IP phones at the remote site to connect to the Primary IP Office Server edition at the main site?

Thanks

Saadia,

Thank you for this information, I appreciate it.
I am using a FortiGate firewall at the main site. I already have a VPN tunnel between the two locations.

Do I have to manually assign the IP information to the IP phones at the remote locations?

I do not see an option in the Sonicwall firewall to point the IP phones to the IP Office.

Thanks
