Does SharePoint 2010 offer an integration to HP's Application Lifecycle Management - Quality Center by chance?

Thanks in advance.

There's no formal connector that I'm aware of. There is a REST API on the HP product that can be called into to populate content to SharePoint. SharePoint also has a bunch of interfaces where it can be queried.
