Hyper V 2012 virtual machine has no snapshots (shown in hyperV manager) but several avhdx files

Hi,

we have a vm (host is server 2012 R2 and vm too) that shows to not have any snapshots in hyper-v manager. But if i look at the settings of the machine there is used a avhdx file as disc. What have i to do to not loose any data and get rid of those avhdx files ? It looks in explorer like this:

server.vhdx                            18.10.16  9:15
server_a464a84....avhdx      18.10.16 11:40      <- current date
server_b45f4d....avhdx       14.10.16 22:01      <- time of backup
server_a15646...avhdx        18.10.16  9:15       <- same date like bas disc file above ?!?!
server_a68678..avhdx         17.10.16 22:01      <- again time of a backup
server 454654.hrl                 13.04.15 09.20

Don´t know why, but after shutting down the VMs the hyperV started to merge all discs and all was fine. I didn´t have to create a new snapshot and previous shutting down actions did´t start merging... But i am happy, my problem is gone.
