I use this code and it works

    <input type="hidden" id="refreshed" value="no">
<script type="text/javascript">
onload=function(){
var e=document.getElementById("refreshed");
if(e.value=="no")e.value="yes";
else{e.value="no";location.reload();}
}
</script>

Another way is to use meta tags in head section

<head>
<meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache">
<meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="no-cache, must-revalidate">
<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT">
</head>

try this
window.onpageshow = function(event) {
    if (event.persisted) {
        window.location.reload()
    }
};
