Calendar with timed appointments templates

Hi, I am looking for a calendar where when employees join a company you can automatically book 1 month, 3 months, 6 months etc appointments from their start date for training etc.

If you search for Enhanced Microsoft Access Calendar Scheduling Database/Template, you will find at least two suitable databases for sale.  I couldn't find any free template.

An Outlook template is completely different from an Access application although Access can create entries in an Outlook task list or schedule a meeting.

Or you can build the app yourself.  Buying a template that you can modify will give you a huge head start if the template is close enough to what you want to do.  Spending a few hundred dollars for it will save lots of money in the long run and is well worth the money.
