How to manage dynamic distribution groups in Exchange 2016?

Hey guys I am using MS Exchange and i want to manage my recipients dynamic distribution groups in Exchange. How i can send my email messages and other data in bulk? Dynamic groups can save our time and work load a lot. What are the steps needed for it?
