I start a new job soon, for a .NET develop role, and was told they use MicroStrategy.NET.

Please describe this and what other technologies this might contain. I need to take a crash course in this before my start date.

please provide me with links and video links :)

MicroStrategy is a Business Intelligence and Data Analysis web environment based on .NET.

A few links to help:

Their US home page
https://www.microstrategy.com/us

This is a good place to start to begin understanding what they do, what their vision of their environment is, and how best to implement, support, and use it.

Development Methodologies in a .NET Environment using MicroStrategy
https://lw.microstrategy.com/msdz/msdl/902/docs/Development_in_a_NET_Environment.htm

I, personally, have not used this environment, but have a few compatriots who do.  If these links don't get you started down the right path, I can take specific questions to my friends.
