Outlook Categories Greyed Out
I recently transferred over a user from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2013 IMAP configuration default settings. Everything is working fine with the exception of the color categories. The Color Categories at the top is greyed out. When creating a new appointment I can't assign a specific color category.
Microsoft told me how to "Upgrade to Color Categories" but that didn't do anything. Anyone have any ideas?
