Can I have 2 Callers IDs in the same CISCO 3900 system for two group of people?

I'm managing a Cisco 3900 CUCM and only new to this system.

Currently all outbound Calls was set to display only reception number 03 9783 5000. There is another specialist section in the company want to have their own number 03 9783 5111 for outbound caller ID or name display as 1300 456 543 so the customers need to contact specialist can call specialist (03 9783 5111 or 1300 456 543) directly instead of to call main reception number?

Could someone give me an example how to do this?

What you're needing to do is create a call mask that applies solely to one extension. Here is something more specific:

Look throughout Step 2 on that page. Part f is what applies most to you. But everything surrounding that gives context.

Thanks Masnrock. The Cisco 2911 Router I look after using Command line interface not the GUI interface BTW. I am reading manual and think it can be done in the voice translation-rule?

If you download the Cisco Network Assistant, you should be able to do a good number of things through a GUI. I will try to take a screen shot of my work on a different Cisco system later on to show what I mean.

Have I had an incorrect Cisco network assistant? Is there a specific Cisco network assistant for CISCO 2911 telephony router? After installed Cisco network assistant Version 5.6(3) and found only device available CE520. here is the only device

I was going to ask what model you actually had... I noticed you referenced the 3900 series on this question a few times, but also specifically mentioned the 2911.

You need to get yourself Cisco Network Assistant version 6.3.0 ... Here's a link to the downloads section for the 2911 router:

Thank you masnrock and all. The two version of the Cisco network assistant did not help however I have an answer for issue quite simple.

Initially I have had it and it would have worked but the test call was done incorrectly so I thought I've done wrong. I used a call forward feature of an extn 38322 and made test call to it, It was then forward a call to my mobile phone, this testing method was wrong.

In order to send caller ID to mobile phone to show a specific number. The following data must me implemented for a typical extension number and the test call must be made from it (call forward from it to a mobile phone will not show caller ID)
voice translation-rule 2
 rule 1 /38313/ /0397835111/ (xtn 38313 caller ID shows 0397835111)
 rule 2 /38315/ /0397835111/ (xtn 38315 caller ID shows 0397835111)
 rule 3 /3..../ /0397835000/ (All Callers ID show 0397835000)
