Where can I change the setting to automatically download and install updates for IOS?

Hi there,

Go to Settings.
iTunes & App Store.
There are a few things listed there you can toggle off/on.

Personally, I have them all off because I want to be able to say when I want things to update, instead of them doing it automatically for me.
