android only want to hear phone calls (for the next few hours)

android 6. only want to hear phone calls no sms messages or alerts
if I disable or uninstall  apps I will need to reinstall in a few hours.

Your request can be done via  "Do not disturb" function.

How to Enable "Do not disturb"

1. Go to Settings -> Sounds and notifications

2. Scroll down to "Do not disturb" and click it

3. Click Allow exceptions

4. Select Custom, and under "Calls from", select All.... Un-check other settings under exceptions

5. Go back to  "Do not disturb" screen and click "Turn on now"

How to Disable "Do not disturb"

1. Click TURN OFF under "Do not disturb turned on" when you want to hear other Sounds and notifications
