Dear Team,

I Removed the DAG witness Server (it was ADC) and added a new server as Witness Server.

But while i am creating i got the below warning (i can see the Folder created but inside empty)

WARNING: A server-side database availability group administrative operation failed. Error File share witness path exists, but permissions are not correctly set. Account 'DAG01$' must have full access..

Please help me resolve the issue.

Not best practise to have the FSW as a domain controller. Do you not have any other member servers that can be used instead?

If the previous FSW was a DC though, the permissions should already be there. Did you create the directory in advance? If so, remove the share and the directory and let Exchange create it.

Sorted the issue The file server role was not installed. Remove the member and add again and everything working fine.
Thanks all for your help.
