I have found that sometimes I have to remove the file from onedrive to say my desktop.  Then on the onedrive for business web interface make sure that that/those files are deleted.  Then add them back to onedrive and it has worked.  You can also try to manually upload them through the web interface.  I have usually only seen then when the file names are too long for the pathing or on specific file types.
