Migration from Stand alone SBS2011 to a a virtual machine on windows server 2012 R2 .How do i move data and still maintain same set up on the VM

I had this question after viewing SBS2011 in Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V.

Linking for reference is fine - but what's the question?  How do you move data?  What data?  Files?  Sharepoint? Exchange?  What?  And what do you mean the same setup?  Can you elaborate here so I don't have to bounce back and forth between questions?
