NEC SV9100 extension not receiving external calls after hours

I have a NEC extension that is not receiving external calls after hours, I have verified the DID tables and all settings are correct, compared with working extensions and I can find the issue. The extension works fine from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, right at 4:30 all calls are going to voicemail

That indicates that there's a schedule on that extension, such as office hours, with the off hours behavior being to go straight to voicemail. That phone is probably hitting Night Mode at 4:00pm.

This guide is a programming manual... check out page 2-71, where there is mention of Night Mode settings for extensions. That's going to be what you should look at:
