Importing converted PSTs into Exchange

We are converting mbox (Google Mail) files to PSTs and importing into Exchange 2016.  After importing end users will be using either OWA, Microsoft Mail, or Apple Mail Client to access their mail.  However during testing we are noticing in OWA and MS Mail that the imported PST goes into a clunky folder called "All mail Including Spam and Trash".  

1. Is there anyway to convert and import maintaining the original mail/folder file structure from Google Mail.
2. Is there anyway to improve on the clunky ability to view and access this imported PST on the administration side before the end user has to start digging through and complaining about the setup?

Sure....Just do a New-MailboxImportRequest

Example:  New-MailboxImportRequest User2 -FilePath \\server\share\User1.pst -IsArchive -TargetRootFolder /

I believe Example 2 is what you are looking for, or Example 3 if you are doing this on multiple users.

I'm not sure how to preserve the original structure from Google mail though.
