Good evening,

At home we just started using a Synology NAS DS1815+. The problem is 3 people have the admin password making it impossible for one of us having a trully private folder on the NAS.

My question is : Is it possible to create a folder where just a specific user has access to it and you can see its contents even if you have the synology NAS admin password?

cheers and thanks in advace.

No, the admin can see everything.  There's no way around that; that's why they're the admin.

The only way that individual users can keep material which is stored on the NAS private from an admin is to encrypt it prior to uploading it.

You cannot hide data from the admin  access wise. Best thing to do would be to change the admin password and restrict the users who have no reason to have the password to just the data that they need access to.
