Hi ITMaster1979,

Vasil is right, your 2 options are:

- Deploy signatures to clients (e.g. using GPO, as explained here:

- use a 3rd party product, like CodeTwo Exchange Rules ( Note, that this option requires you to enable Centralized mail transport:

Let us know if you need more info about any of the above!

There's not much difference with respect to signatures for cloud mailboxes - they're still managed client side. So you can still deploy them to the user profile for use in Outlook, configure OWA and/or mobile devices.

If you are looking for centralized management, using transport rules/disclaimers is the poor mans' choice. It can work, but it's ugly. Using 3rd party products offers you a lot more flexibility, but they come at a price of course.
If you're interested in looking into a third party solution, we can help. We do a variety of on-prem and cloud based email signature products that will make this process easier for you.

You'll also be able to get signatures on all devices including mobiles and Macs, as well as create separate signatures for replies/forwards.

You can trial any of our products for free and you'll get full support.

Just let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.

All the best,
