"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There's not much difference with respect to signatures for cloud mailboxes - they're still managed client side. So you can still deploy them to the user profile for use in Outlook, configure OWA and/or mobile devices.

If you are looking for centralized management, using transport rules/disclaimers is the poor mans' choice. It can work, but it's ugly. Using 3rd party products offers you a lot more flexibility, but they come at a price of course.

If you're interested in looking into a third party solution, we can help. We do a variety of on-prem and cloud based email signature products that will make this process easier for you.

You'll also be able to get signatures on all devices including mobiles and Macs, as well as create separate signatures for replies/forwards.

Hi ITMaster1979,

Vasil is right, your 2 options are:

- Deploy signatures to clients (e.g. using GPO, as explained here: http://www.codetwo.com/admins-blog/active-directory-outlook-signature-vbs-script/?sts=6410)

- use a 3rd party product, like CodeTwo Exchange Rules (http://codetwo.com/exchange-rules-family?sts=6410). Note, that this option requires you to enable Centralized mail transport: http://www.codetwo.com/userguide/exchange-rules-family/hybrid.htm?sts=6410

Let us know if you need more info about any of the above!
