I have a customer laptop that I am currently scanning for malware - up until a few days ago, it could open up everything but now if you go to Edge, it cannot find the webpage but if you go to Chrome, it works fine?

I would remove any anti-virus/ firewall software that's installed and check to see if the problem persists. I had a client experience something similar and removing the AV and then reinstalling it worked. If you can it's best to use a removal tool rather than just uninstalling it.

I didn't remove the antivirus, instead I updated the program as I remembered that fixed another issue I had and that worked as well
