The user's away but I initially asked him to remove the Calendar, reboot his iPhone and then re-add his Calendar. He tried it the next day and it seems to have worked. I haven't heard from him but I'll confirm with him when he's back in the office. <br />

He let me remove the account from his iPhone and then re-add it. It didn't seem to work at first but then I put his phone on our wifi and everything in his Calendar downloaded. <br />
<br />
At this point, we've been keeping an eye on it. His calendar appears to be updating on his iPhone now.

The user reported the same issue yesterday afternoon. <br />

About two weeks ago, he reported it was happening again. He said an event had come into his Outlook Calendar but hadn't yet shown up on his iPhone. &nbsp;His iPhone was on 3G. I connected him to our company's wifi. The event showed up on his iPhone Calendar about a minute later.<br />
<br />
When he reported the issue again yesterday, I asked him to connect his iPhone to our wifi and see if that help. Today he reported that he's on the wifi but it's made no difference. <br />
<br />
I'm stuck here. I was leaning towards it being a 3G issue since when I connect him to the wifi, the calendar syncs. I'm not sure that's the issue now. I'll see if I can get access to his phone and test it myself. In the meantime, does anyone have any further suggestions?<br />

Hi,

I have a user who uses Outlook 2011. His admin is a delegate of his account. She maintains his Calendar and Contacts. 

She's updating his Calendar items in her Outlook. They are updating in his Outlook 2011. However, they are no longer updating on his iPhone. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this working again?  

This is a pretty bare bones description. It's something I just walked into. I can try to provide more information if needed.

User is no longer able to see a delegated calendar on his iPhone
