User is no longer able to see a delegated calendar on his iPhone

Hi,

I have a user who uses Outlook 2011. His admin is a delegate of his account. She maintains his Calendar and Contacts.

She's updating his Calendar items in her Outlook. They are updating in his Outlook 2011. However, they are no longer updating on his iPhone. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this working again?  

This is a pretty bare bones description. It's something I just walked into. I can try to provide more information if needed.
