restore DAG configuration

during the process of trying to fix a failed node in my exchange dag I ran cluster node /forcecleanup and my dag configuration has been cleared now both servers are down and the cluster is inoperable. any ideas on res-erecting this dag

setup is 2 windows 2012 exchange 2013 servers

Clean the DAG out completely.
Does the DAG show in EMC? If so, delete it. That should bring the servers back in to standalone mode and allow the databases to mount. You will then need to rebuild the DAG and see the databases again.
There is no "recovery" of a DAG configuration possible.
